Personal data that are part of an order or necessary for its completion are used and processed by Klute-Thiemann Informationstechnologie GmbH & Co. KG. Klute-Thiemann is responsible in terms of the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG). When placing an order and during its realization personal data, e.g. name, address, ip address as well as date and time, are electronically stored and used in the context of the contractually agreed purposes.

In order to be able to register a domain name, your personal data – with resellers the personal data of their respective customers –, have to be passed on to the respective registry for realization of the registration and publication in the whois database. This data is in particular name, address, phone and fax number as well as email addresses. Otherwise a registration of a domain name is not possible. You therefore explicitly agree to a transmission of this data to third parties and the publication of this data in publicly available whois database. The data is always transmitted to Klute-Thiemann using SSL encryption.

Klute-Thiemann Informationstechnologie GmbH & Co. KG gladly provides you with information on the data stored to you and/or your orders on demand.

You have at all times the right to revocation of the consent for data processing and use with effect for the future. For this please send us a short email to datenschutz@klute-thiemann.de with the indication of your address, date of birth and email address. We will completely delete your data immediately. Please note however that with the revocation of the consent also the conditions for the domain registration are given no more and an immediate deletion of all domain names have to take place. No claims against Klute-Thiemann Informationstechnologie GmbH & Co. KG or against the respective registry can arise from this.
